company incorporate in Gujarat. one director address in UP. now can i take gst rc at up. (one of the director address)
note. yet no rc taken in Gujarat also.

Registration should be taken in Gujarat at place of business
Registration should be taken at the place where place of business is situated.
registration should be done at the place where the business is located.
Registration needs to be taken at place of business irrespective of location of director.
However, if you want registration at directors place, obtain NOC from director to use his place as business premises and then apply for registration in UP.

Address of director will not matter for GST registration of Company.
The Company should take registration in the state whether the place of business is situated.
