Gst Registration process for CPC (Canteen department store) like-documents required ,category under which it will fall because its neither proprietorship nor partnership ??

Bro if its neither a proprietorship or partnership, who is the owner of the CPC?
My uncle is in defence he just need to know , can you tell me the process ?
