Sirs,
XY Firm already get GSTIN in Tamilnadu and do some additional place same TamilNadu. Now XY firm want business in Karnataka state.
my doubt same PAN No. get new RC in karnataka state or add additional place.

No, if you carrying business additional place in the same state. You can do amendment for additional business.

New GSTIN will be required in Karnataka state...
