Dear Sir,
1)If you registered by way of you can cancel registration now.
2)If you registered under gst by way of Fresh registration you can cancel registration on after 1 year of your gst registration date.

If your gst registration is fresh if you filled nil return for 6months, department have right to cancel your gst registration
