GST registration Need document

If nature of possession of premises is rented/leased ( a + Any One of b to e)

(a) Rent/Lease Agreement

(b) Electricity Bill

(c) Municipal Tax Receipt

(d) Legal ownership documents such as ownership deed/document or Index II

(e) Municipal Khata Copy

 

If it's a lease land say 999 years lease then power of attorney.

The following query has been raised by officer in SCN for GST registration
please upload the documentary proff of premises which should be in Hindi or English,
please upload vaild rent dead,

please help me what should reply,

Sir, during apply GST registration we have uploaded electricity bill and rent agreement.(rent agreement language in Punjabi )

can we upload municipal tax receipt ( receipt some part also in Punjabi language and also mention this is not proff of ownership)
pl advise

Any proof of ownership like index II, or Municipal Khata in English or Hindi should solve your problem.
