Is it Manadatory to upload rental agreement for GST registration
will it be suffice to upload Labour license instead of Rental agreement for GST registration
Please advise

A rental agreement is required as address proof of the business's premises for GST registration. However, using a labor license instead MIGHT be accepted....
No... The Labour License is not a valid proof for Business Premises.
The valid proofs are RENTAL AGREEMENT, PROPERTY TAX RECEIPT, WATER TAX RECEIPT, ELECTRICITY RECEIPT & CONSENT LETTER*.
But, The main documents is Rental Agreement. Bcoz, It's only have details of Tenants. All others don't have tenant's name and details...
