Is any valid govt contractual license requires for gst registration of work contractors

URD CAN SUPPLY TO GOVT. .....GST NO. MIGHT BE MANDATORY UNDER TERM & CONDITION FOR CONTRACT FLOAT BY SUPPPLIER (GOVT)
