Gst registration for new registration

Refer rule 8 and 9 of the CGST rules 2017 , amended up to 1-1-2022 on priority.

Usually if you apply after authenticating your Aadhaar, then it will take 7 working days but if there is any mistake or incomplete details then officer might ask you query and in those cases once you reply, officer get’s extra 7 working days from the date of your reply.

If you do not authenticate Aadhaar then it will take around 30 days. Officer will come to your place to check whether you are obtaining registration genuinely or not.
