Quick Summary
This discussion explores the correct GST registration category for 3D printing services. It questions whether 3D printing should be classified under manufacturing or services, considering it may be a composite supply. The thread also touches upon HSN codes and GST rates, suggesting that pure printing without design might be treated as a sale of goods.

From the GST outlook, The Essence of the Business is 3D printing services where the deliverable is on Plastic Material. It has the characteristic of a "Composite Supply" i.e 2 or more goods and/or services are Naturally bundled.

However, if there is a work of only printing 3D designs on your machinery without any designing, then it would be treated as sale of goods and the HSN/SAC code and the GST rate might differ.

Sir, so should I register as manufacturing sector? Also may I know HSN code and GST rate for the same i.e., for 3d printing . Thanks in advance!
