Better to apply for fresh registration

The revocation for cancellation can be file in Form GST REG-22 within 30 days from date of order of cancellation.
So if the Order for the cancellation is being issued in September , that means the Revocation for the same can be filed by October, hence now you cannot file Revocation.

Apply for fresh Registration.

There is an other way for revocation of cancellation. kindly meet to your jurisdiction gst officer and discuss regarding this.

No if the cancellation order already been issued then only Joint commissioner can revoke & that to only on some valid reason
