I have registered in GST but not at used gst no. recently i applied for registration cancelation they
given reply to submit clarification. how can give clarification to them any one can help me.

What clarification?
Clarifaction means the gst department wants to know for what reason you cancelled the registration. Just explain the reason for cancelling gst registration either verbally or in writing.
you apply for cancle online from portal you have to pay tax on your stock i think. your calrifucation based on it ...you have to file annual return for proprly cancellation of your gstn
