In my current case what would be the format for NOC where the property belongs to individual (Mr.A) he rented out the premises for 3 years to (ABC Ltd ) but in the utility Bill i.e electricity bill the name is of partnership firm
and Mr.A is karta of Mr.A Huf which is one of the partner of partnership firm
