GST REGISTRATION
I have applied for GST registration for Trading activities. I have failed to upload the Rental agreement properly. Hence Notice issued. Then I upload the said rental agreement properly. The officials rejected my registration stating that no proof of owner of the rented placed is attached. I want to know that the proof of attachment of owner of the rented building is obligatory. Further shall the officals reject the application by stating such thing. Kindly clarify

Submit any other documentary evidence in the name of owner like electricity bill or house tax receipt along with rental agreement..without any ownership proof department will not approve it
