GST registration
my client is having GST registration is Karnataka.. of works contract business.. now he is getting an opportunity to work @ ahmedabad Gujarat.. should he get new registration in that state to get there works contract order

He has to register in Gujarat
He only supply service not goods.. labour work..can we raise bill from Karnataka levying IGST on service bill?
Work contracs includes both goods n services.
