Father concent letter is ok
but sometimes they ask for notary in local gst
so better make a notary concent letter
and the municipal khata copy

Dear Vinay Any Document like Electricity Invoice, Telephone Invoice, Property Tax, Or Index II of Property can be used for Address Proof. but when you are using any relationship address Consent letter should be required.
