can I have Applied GST Registration but business premises my mother name registered .
This proof valid applied GST Registration ?
if not , How to Applied GST number?

Yes you can apply. Take noc from your mother. This will be a valid proof and also attach electricity bill.

Yes, you can apply GST registration with NOC letter from your mother along with electricity bill on name of her. It's considered as valid Proof of Address for registration.

Yes, On Simple blank paper prepare NOC / Concent Letter and take it Signed by your mother. it's enough..... nothing more ...
