I should select gst practitioner or tax payer??

If you are registering to pay taxes on your sales then as tax payer

Registering in Individual name means you are proprietor, then use your business name for the purpose of which you are registering.

The name business = the name with which you want to trade .

The Legal Name : Which is mentioned in your PAN card
