Can I take gst on individual name??
with my pan card, bank account,
how much fees for registration??
and how much time it takes for registration?

Yes you can take gst number on individual name.
There is no registration fees from gov side.
usually it takes 3 working days.

yes you can take registration on INDIVIDUAL NAME 

NO FEE

In this situation, it might take a time because it might be possible that office of proper office may not be opened.
