I have received documents for GST Registration
Nature of Business - Selling Goods through online/internet
Descripttion - 1. Our client developed his own website for receive order.
2. He will receive order through online and he will transfer to his manufacturer party.
3. As per order he will prepare goods and he will sent to 1st person who is ordered and manufacturing party prepare bill on our client name. And client will sent his own bill to ordered person.
My query is for this transaction which type want to take GST Registration as Regular or E commerce operator ?
if E eCommerce means then TCS will applicable ?
and for Ecommerce operator in every state want to take Registrration ?
