My GST number (its my 2nd GSTIN) has been canceled by the officer (Reason: the return has not been filed for more than six months). It has already been canceled from a GST number (1st GSTIN) under my PAN number. Can I apply for the new GST number (3rd GSTIN) again in this context?

Officer mad by cancel your GST return then you listen first govt is power to penalty is more than 6 month

You can apply for revocation of cancellation of registration after filing all pending returns.

In the case, if I file a pending return, the penalty will be around Rs 1,15,000. Is it the best way for me to get a new GST number in this context? Or is it better to restore the old GST number?

My problem is that i m trying to apply for registration in gst as a normal taxpayer but one problem is that the property is like electricity bill as name my big brother so what should do now

I think you should attached NOC copy / Consent letter from your big brother for Address proof of Property.. May be that's correct in my point of view, but not i'm not sure whether it's correct or not.
