yes.... through edit option, only to new register user
No. Before the beginning of every financial year, a registered taxpayer is required to provide a declaration on the GST Portal. This cannot be done anytime during the year
Current time limit for Changing from regular to composition has been closed for this FY 2018 - 19.
For the next FY, the option for changing will be given at march 2018 month.
