while doing GST registration, it is showing PAN CARD does not exist. Pan number has been allotted by IT dept but card is yet to dispatch from it dept.
what is the solution?

you need to register PAN first on the income tax site , then I think PAN would be verified
or
else contact NSDL customercare for PAN validation purpose
or
else contact NSDL customercare for PAN validation purpose

It is not mandatory to Register in Income Tax Site
But you can try as suggested by our experts

You ll check the PAN details in ITD portal. In case it's showing the PAN details then You can go to register under GST...
If the details not showing in ITD portal then wait on further availability...
