A person has already have Gst registration who is running bakery under composition scheme with retail sales issuing B2C bills.
Now he has decided to start a new business as a distributor with B2B sales.
My first question is that can he take a new Gst registration in regular scheme.
My second question is that if he get a new Gst registration under regular basis then what happens to his first Gst registration under composition scheme. Will it remain same or else it be converted to regular.
Please suggest a answer.

My first question is that can he take a new Gst registration in regular scheme.
No. GST Registration number (in the same state) remains same.
My second question is that if he get a new Gst registration under regular basis then what happens to his first Gst registration under composition scheme. Will it remain same or else it be converted to regular.
He can continue with composition scheme upto the turnover limit of 1 Cr. Or he can opt for regular scheme for the total business (or verticles)
