My wife has garments business,Turnover-Rs.30000/.
Now she wants to sell through e-commerce websites for which GST Registration is compulsory.Her Turnover is Rs.-30000/,so,can she apply for GST Registration?

No not required , as per notification 65/2017 CT

yes offcurse! as you wish if you want to do gst registration then you can do but you will have to pay monthly tax before 20 of every month and return file on before due date.
