My business relates to internet cafe nd selling of mobiles and recharges turnover is less than 20lacs i want to get gst registration.whether i can opt for composition scheme and should i enter voluntary basis or crossing threshold limit?

As per above said way You can't opt Composition scheme...
Bcoz, Internet Cafe Under Services head. So, You can't opt Composition Scheme...

If your Turnover less than 20 lakhs, then no need to take registration.
