I registering the partnership firm in GST and we got ARN number. After then GST officer not accept my registration and issue notice under form GST reg 03
The reason for issue notice because my rent agreement is between the partner and owner of property and the GST officer want rent agreement between firm and owner of property.
So my query is in this case,,, Can i upload consent letter on the place of rent agreement

better to change the rental agreement in the name of the firm... it's better for further purposes also
Yes you can upload a letter of consent stating the partner has rented property which he gives his consent to be used by firm.

GST is a big failiur of our govt. Govt should make some plan before implement on the public. Govt has no blueprint about the success of GST. Demonetisation and GST are two decision of indin govt. which make normal people suffer.
