if I have 10 different firms,gst registration need to be taken for 10 different firms???

yes because GST registration based on PAN, So you should apply eachone.
and kindly tell me if registered persons sells goods to unregistered then wats the treatment and weather gst is leviable to unregistered person??
yes, we filled return in B2C details under GSTR1 Form
if we sold above 2.5 lacs they coming under B2C large ( supplier collect PAN details from receipient.

GST rate as usual applicable to anyone receipient ( except export, SEZ & Govt. )
