A Sole-proprietor (trader) is having Business in many Locations in India. Every Location is registered under Excise as First stage dealer. Also, Registered for VAT and CST in respective states. Service Tax Registration is taken for few locations.
How should he go about with the GST Registration? Does he have to take provisional Registration in every state and register separately?
