Gst registration
I have Registered with Tin no. in uttrakhand and one centralized service tax no. And we provide services in uttrakhand and chhattisgarh. My question is if we migrate in GST from tin no. of uttrakhand so can we are require to take GST registration no. for chhattisgarh

No there is no need for taking new GST registration because GST is overall based on PAN no and PAN is a unique number so when you registered yourself through TIN Number you should definately provide their your PAN number

State wise registration is compulsory under GST. However, for transfer of credits ISD provisions are incorporated under Model GST law
