A person having 4 business and 4 business are under proprietory Concern and he have 4 different TIN Numbers. in that case he can register for all 4 TIN numbers or register with one TIN Number. Please clarify its urgent.

if you have different tin in the same state then you can enroll from provisional id and password of one tin which you have received from your local vat department and rest other tins you will not require to enroll.If you have multiple tin on same pan in different states then you have to enroll for every tin.
One registration for one PAN card for one state. Other 3 tin addresses can be added as additional place of business. Multiple reg in a state is not possible under gst
