as you are a registered TIN holder and your taxable sales exceeds Rs.10 lakhs you are required to take registration under GST. moreover current GST Provisional registration is for existing TIN holders. separate time period will be alloted for service tax registration under GST. Time period for registaration for Assam state starts from 30/11/16 to 15/12/16.

Enrollment for Assam has started from yesterday. But window will be opened for enrollment until 31st Jan 2017. You can check HSN code for Hardware Goods from CBEC site (www.cbec.gov.in) in Central Excise >Tarrif 2016-17 section..  All the best with your enrollment.
