assesse is selling taxable supply in Madhya pradresh and holding GST no. now assessee want to start other business unit in gujarat which is fully exempt from Tax. whether he required to take seprate registration for Gujarat or it is not obligatory to take GST.

If he is making exempt supply then no need since his purchases also will not attract GST
from madhya pradesh taxable supply which is reflected in Gst return is 10 lakh and from gujarat which is exmept is 30 lakh. in itr if i show 40 lakh as turnover and as per GST 10lakh turn over . there is chance of query from department
