hi sir,
my friend has registered volunterly under gst. after one year due to low turnover with in basic exemption limit, he surrendered gst. but now he want to register again.
how can i active my previous registration which is in inactive.

can a person who registered under sec 27 ,, unregister his business voluntarily in case his aggregate turnover is not expected to increase 20/10 lakh in future whatssoever
requirement to register under sec 27 is irrespective of the threshold limit..........
