My application for refund is rejected vide RFD-06 as i forget to attach cash ledger with application.
The amount debited is not yet re-credited to cash ledger.
Now what are the options for me to reclaim/reapply please ?

On what ground did you apply for refund?
Kindly check for Notice on portal under > User>application>refund.
