*GST refund query*
Whether once application filed for refund and withdraw due to some mistake, officer also allowed withdrawal, can we file fresh application online for same period post approval by officer. Has anyone done this.please advice.

no , we can not claim refund for month which already has been refunded
people has done so asked
according to you should not withdraw application rather u should correct the mistake by giving a letter to the jurisdictional officer if mistake is not major
mistake is major, i shld have claimed refund from IGST Leger but i claimed it from cgst and sgst
