Gst refund on service rendered to nri
If NRI comes for surgery i.e medical treatment, whether gst is chargable on that if yes than would gst be refundable?

Health care services is excempted under GST. So, GST not applicable for the Service...
But, In medicine and some other charges will be gst applicable...
Note : GST not refundable for INDIVIDUAL CONSUMPTION.
