can we again apply for gst refund supplications after rejection of gst refund application. we have basically claim gst refund against export

yes you can claim refund after submitting rfd_01

Yes you can but after application submit all relevant documents manually to your jurisdiction officer with ARN generated of RFD-01

We need to see why refund was rejected

If clarification is sought is sought than its OK else there will be issues

yes You can claim REFUND by filing RFD01 form
