Its a complex procedure .You need to sumit everything regarding sales purchase payment through bank .FIRC number of each invoice.ARN generated after submission online in hard copy to department.
Further more you need to file refund online quarter wise of each export you made mentioning your FIRC against said invoices mentioning date and invoice number.
