what are the requirements to submit the GST Refund application to the department manually after applying online

As per Circular 124/44/2019 GST ,Neither the refund application in FORM GST RFD-01 nor any
of the supporting documents shall be required to be physically submitted to the office of the Jurisdiction proper officer.
So nothing need to submit physically.
