I had purchase a service from sulekha, but it's not working, so according to their policy they will refund the money after deducting 20% of amount. Now I want to ask what amount they will refund. means GST included amount or without GST.
they had also given me a bonus of 520 Rs.

General tax should be refunded as per law,if there is return note, but practice business do adjustment for future purpose and not refund the tax, ask them to return tax and show in invoice also.

And as per Notification No. 36/2020 - Central Tax, dated 03.04.2020, due date for filing FORM GSTR -3B for the month of MAY 2020 have been extended to "27th June 2020".
TAXPAYERS HAVING AGGREGATE TURNOVER upto Rs. 1.5 crore in the preceding FY ( Notification No. 31/2020 - CT, Notification No. 32/2020 - CT and Notification No. 36/2020 - CT all dated 03.04.2020 )
