Dear Sir, am filled gst return GSTR1 & 3B Nov-23 and filled cancellation request same day on 2.12.23 of GST RC-Rajasthan, but application status showing after 2 months "Pending for Processing" now GSTR1 & GSTR3B nil returns of Dec-23 & Jan-24 required for filling. Kindly help. Thanks

The date is wrong.
Bcoz, Your GSTIN is still active on 2ñd December.
So, You can't cancel previous dates.

Send an intimation after logging into gst portal and resolve the sMe.

Just contact your jurisdictional officer and ask them to approve cancellation request.

License will get cancelled from 02.12.2023 or date of cancellation of GST registration, so no need to file return till the date of receipt of approval.
