whether GST is applicable on sale of Tambola tickets sold to members of the Club. If so what are rates and HNS Code.

I had put this query in July 2017 despite several reminders nothing is heard. There is no use of App. This time I will wait for 4 days if no clarification is received I will circulate amongst 2700 members group to bycott such message.
