ya i know this but want to know the section no.where it is written that it will b bifurcated in 50-50%
There is no provision/section for 50-50 bifurcation. CBEC has only answered through its query twitter handle for tha same on 16th june.
I have snapshot for the same but I am not able to attach it here.
GST on every service/good has to bifurcated 50-50 ( for example rent?)
