Is there any particular section under GST in which the bifurcation of GST tax rate between CGST and SGST is provided???
There is no provision/section for 50-50 bifurcation. CBEC has only answered through its query twitter handle for tha same on 16th june.
I have snapshot for the same but I am not able to attach it here.
GST on every service/good has to bifurcated 50-50 ( for example rent?)
