Based on the latest GST reforms that took effect on September 22, 2025, the GST rate for the products you've listed remains 18%.

  • Vinegar (HSN 220900): Vinegar and its substitutes, including brewed and synthetic vinegar, are classified under this HSN code. The GST rate for these products continues to be 18%.

  • Phenyl (HSN 3806): While "phenyl" as a product isn't listed with a specific HSN, the HSN code 3806 covers "Rosin and resin acids, and derivatives thereof; rosin spirit and rosin oils; run gums." Phenyl-based compounds and similar miscellaneous chemical products in Chapter 38 generally fall under the standard 18% GST rate.

  • Bleaching Powder (HSN 28281010): Bleaching powder, specifically "commercial calcium hypochlorite," is classified under this HSN code. The GST rate for this product is 18%.
