Our partnership firm doing business of government WORK CONTRACTS (water resources, erection & commissoning, operation & maintenance) but this work we are getting as sub let contract by other company which has been alloted tender....

So what % of gst apply in our bill raised to that company & that company bill raised to govt department ??
