can anyone tell what is rate on transportation amount charged in bill which includes items with multiple tax rate.
like my invoice contains 12% & 18% both goods then what rate to be charged on transportation charges.

There is no GST on transportation yet. Its on RCM basis.
Yes if U R showing freight in bill you have to charged GST at the rate of the Highest rate of item or the principal rate of your item in bill
As transportation services R exempted & You R not a transporter & moreover your principal supply is not also a transportation , it's a ancillary services provided by you to your client & for which you are charging.
