supply of food in restaurant or hotel is 5% (Except liquor for human consumption)
Hi
Gst rates prescribed for supply of goods and services are not in may 2018 exams .
However composite tax rate (sec 10) for supply of restaurant services is applicable which is 2.5%(cgst and sgst each)
5%
Its common for both regular and composition dealers.
