GST rate on scrap
please let me know the GST rate on scrap plastic packaging material as per latest amendment

GST ammended rate for plastic waste, pairings or scrap falls under HSN 3915, and GST council has decided to decreae its rate to 5% from 18%, however no official notificatoin is released for decrease in such rate, only press release is issued for the same.
it means still effective rate is 18% now.....
Yes, until the official notificatoin to that effect is relaesed.

From 13 th October 2017 the rate is 5% before that it's 18%.
See Notification No.34/2017-Central Tax dated 13 th October 2017.
