what is the GST rate on rice bran???

dear nitin mangla sir.....I want to ask ....do u to say that if the rice is branded then the gst rate on rice bran is 5% and if the rice is unbranded then GST rate on that rice bran is nil.....is it like that???
yes more thing is also like this on food item
like if you go to resturant for a dinner or lunch
then different rates according to different resturants.
if you go fully ac resturants then gst rate is 28%.
if you go without ac resturants then gst rate is 18%
as well as sugar is tax free before gst but after gst if sugar is branded then its taxable5% if not branded then its tax free item.

brand means it must be registered or unregistered
brand means registered
rice bran is a different product than branded rice it is under 2302 2020 HSN code coming under nil GST . but explanation given is that if used for animal feed nil GST other wise 5% find enclosed the screen shot from GST @ GOI

Rice paddy husk exempt.. Bran is taxable @ 5% whatever be the use... From 12/07/2017

as i am trader of rice bran supplying to cattle feed so what will be GST on purchase of rice bran

0% GST Rate on Rice Bran, But If product is put up in unit container and bearing a register brand name then 5 % GST rate applicable.
