Iam taken a wherehouse godown on rent for staorage of Maize. so please suggest me i have pay GST on same as reverse charge or not (taken from unregistred person) if yes can i take ITC for same.

If landlord is unregistered, your Company needs to pay GST under RCM and you can take credit also.
